Some organizations open their training courses to the public. This guide walks you through the whole journey — enrolling, completing the course, and receiving your certificate.
Browse the available courses on the training catalog. You can view any course's outline without an account; to take one, sign up for a free CognixHealth learner account (no organization needed) and click Enroll. The course appears on your My Learning page, and you'll get a confirmation email.
The first time you open a course you'll acknowledge a short notice: the training must be completed in order, without rushing, and — if the course sets one — you must accumulate a minimum amount of engaged training time before a certificate can be issued.
Course materials are for viewing inside the course only — there are no downloads.
If the course requires minimum hours, a clock in the player tracks your engaged time: video playback and active reading count; sitting idle, background tabs, and the course home screen don't. Watch the clock, not your watch.
Finishing too fast voids the attempt. If you complete all the content before reaching the required time, no certificate can be issued for that attempt — the course will offer to restart from the beginning, clearing your progress so you can take it again at a proper pace.
Complete everything (with any minimum time met) and your certificate PDF is emailed to you within a minute or two. It also appears on My Learning, where you can download it anytime.
Every certificate carries a unique verification code and link — an employer or auditor can use it to confirm your certificate is genuine, and it keeps working even if the certificate is later regenerated.
