Author courses, assign them to your team, enforce the hours, and issue BACB-style certificates — using the staff profiles, credentials and signatures already in Cognix Health.
Roster · RBT 40-Hour Training
Due 30 September
4
material types in a section
Documents, video, rich text and links, mixed in any order.
3
levels of assessment
Practice checks, module gates and a graded final quiz.
40h
trainings you can actually prove
Engaged time counted, idle and background tabs excluded.
1
code that verifies a certificate
Unique per certificate, checkable by anyone, revocable by you.
The unfair advantage
A standalone LMS starts by asking you to rebuild your team inside it. Cognix Health already knows who works for you, what they are certified as, and who signs for them.

A staff profile you already keep
Issued on completion
A certificate that fills itself in
RBT® 40-Hour Training Certificate
Nothing on it was typed twice. Blank fields print as blank lines, like the paper form.
Everything a certificate and a roster need — already on file.
Staff profile legal name
The name on the certificate
Preferred names never print on a formal document.
Certification Number on the profile
The trainee’s BACB ID
No one retypes an ID that is already on file.
The responsible trainer’s profile
Their name, number and signature
Read fresh at generation, so a renewal is never stale.
Your organization
The issuing organization
Printed on the certificate and credited on the course.
Your staff list and roles
The assignment roster
Assign a whole cohort, or Select all, in one pass.
Staff email and notifications
Assignment and reminder emails
Due-soon at three days, then weekly until it is done.
When they started and finished
Training dates on the certificate
Recorded as they work, not reconstructed afterwards.
Engaged time in the player
Time to Complete
The real figure, not the date range it spanned.

What you get
Hosting a video is easy. Proving that someone actually watched it, passed the checks, spent the hours and earned the certificate is the part that has to hold up.
Authoring
Course, modules, sections, materials — a structure tree on the left, an editor on the right, saving as you type.

Assessment
Ungraded practice inside sections, graded gates between modules, and a final quiz that completes the course.

Operations
Pick a cohort, set a due date, and let the reminders do the following up.
Reports
Export CSVHow it works
Four steps, and only the first one takes real time.
Once per course
Add modules, sections and materials in the builder. Mix video, documents, text and links, generate voiceover where it helps, and set your quizzes.
A click
Publishing validates the structure — every module has a section, every section a material, and the final quiz at least one question.
A minute
Pick staff or the whole team, set a due date, and they get an email and an in-app notification. Reminders follow automatically.
Ongoing
Certificates issue on completion. Reports show who is done, who is mid-course and who is overdue, and export as CSV for the audit.
Reach beyond your team
The same course that trains your staff can train the field. Your organization is named on the course and on every certificate it issues.
Mark a course Publicly available and it appears in the public catalog. Anyone can read the full outline before enrolling.
They create a free Cognix Health account — no organization needed — and appear in your roster and reports tagged (public).
Sequential sections, no fast-forwarding, engaged-time minimums, quizzes and the same verifiable certificate.
The public catalog is open — browse a course, read its outline, and see the flow your own staff would get.
Questions
By default the organization Owner. The Owner can grant two permissions to individual staff: Can Manage Training, for building and editing courses, and Can Assign Training, for assigning courses, viewing rosters and reports, and revoking certificates.
Yes — that is what the engaged-time requirement exists for. Set a minimum hours figure on the certificate details and the player counts real engaged time: video playback and active reading count, idle time after about 90 seconds and background tabs do not. A taker who reaches the end faster than the minimum cannot earn a certificate on that attempt.
No. Sections unlock in order, videos cannot be fast-forwarded past what has already been watched and play no faster than 1×, documents must be paged to the last slide, and links must be opened. Takers can always rewind and rewatch.
PDFs, PowerPoint decks and images up to 50 MB, any common video format, rich text written in the builder, and links to external pages. PDFs and decks render inside the course one slide at a time and cannot be downloaded.
Text, PDF and image materials can carry generated narration. Open the material’s Narration panel, adjust the script — it is pre-filled from the material — pick a voice and generate. Takers get a Listen player above the material. Change the script or voice later and the panel flags the audio as outdated so you can re-record.
Three levels. An ungraded knowledge check on a section gives instant feedback with your explanations. A graded module quiz gates the next module. A graded final quiz completes the course and triggers the certificate — a course cannot be published until the final quiz has at least one question. Pass mark, retry limit and shuffle are set per quiz.
It is modeled on the BACB 40-Hour Training Certificate. The trainee’s legal name and BACB ID, the responsible trainer’s legal name, certification number and signature, assistant trainers, your organization, the training dates, and Time to Complete as their actual engaged time. Anything left blank prints as a blank line, like the paper form.
Every certificate carries a unique verification code. Anyone can enter it on our public verification page to confirm it is genuine. You can also revoke a certificate from the roster, and certificates regenerate in place — same code, same link — when a BACB ID is added or the final quiz is retaken.
No. Assigned staff get an email and an in-app notification. A due-soon email goes out three days before the due date and a weekly overdue email after it passes. The roster shows status, progress, best final-quiz score and dates, and you can change a due date, resend the email or cancel an assignment from the row.
Yes. Structural changes — adding or removing sections or quizzes — recalculate progress for everyone currently mid-course, so the builder warns you with a count of takers in progress before you commit.
