1.15.0
PROD Release R1 (v1.15.0)
•Plan of Care (New)
◦Introducing Plan of Care — a new per-client tab that auto-compiles the client’s clinical picture (details, diagnoses, goals with progress graphs, authorizations) into an editable ABA treatment-plan document for payer authorization
◦The draft is fully editable and autosaves as you type, with a visible Saved / Saving indicator and an explicit Save button
◦Preview and download a branded PDF of the plan at any time, and finalize it when it’s ready to send to the payer
◦Goal graphs, baseline, current progress, and mastery criteria are pulled in automatically from Programming
◦A step-by-step guide is available in the Help Center, with a quick link right on the page
•Staff Time Off (New)
◦Staff can now request time off directly from the Appointments calendar
◦Approvers are notified of new requests and can approve or reject them from the requests list
◦Approved time off is checked against existing appointments so schedule conflicts are surfaced before they happen
•Staff Training (New)
◦Introducing Staff Training — build and deliver training courses to your team, right inside Cognix
◦Course builder with sections and materials: rich text, document uploads, and streaming video, with a publish flow
◦Quizzes, assignments with email notifications and automatic reminders, and a "My Training" page for staff
◦Course player with progress tracking, sequential unlock (no skipping ahead), and save & resume
◦Certificates on completion — BACB-template PDF with a public verification page
◦Training reports with CSV export
◦Public course catalog with free enrollment for external learners
•Help Center (New)
◦New in-app Help Center that adapts its content to your role
◦How-to guides for building and taking training courses, and for the new Plan of Care
•Dashboard
◦Redesigned dashboard home, top bar, and left navigation for a cleaner, faster experience
•Client Payments
◦The "pay processing fees on behalf of clients" setting can now be overridden per client, on top of the existing organization-wide default
◦Clients without an override keep following the organization default, and a "Reset all to default" action clears every override in one click
•Appointments & Sessions
◦Changing a client’s rendering provider now cascades to all of their open sessions automatically
◦Service-type filter now correctly narrows results on the calendar and agenda views
•Programming
◦Goals and targets now display properly, and on-hold history is captured
◦View a target’s full on-hold history — see every time it was placed on hold or resumed, with the date, time, and who made the change
◦A goal is removed when it has no remaining targets, and adding targets from the "All" section is no longer allowed
•Claims
◦Claims can no longer be submitted to the clearinghouse when the insurance and service do not match
◦Secondary claims can no longer be submitted when the primary claim was paid $0 — the Submit option is disabled with a clear reason, so you no longer send a secondary that will be rejected
◦Secondary claims now report the primary’s full paid amount (all ERA payments combined) rather than a single line item
◦The Submit menu now tells you why a claim can’t be submitted yet — flagging a missing service type, location, or authorization number
◦Faster, more reliable Claims page
•Reports
◦Client Attendance Report: late arrivals and late pickups are now detected correctly — actual session times are measured against the originally scheduled appointment times
◦Client Attendance Report: attendance percentages are now accurate and shown with two-decimal precision (e.g. 93.18%)
•Team Management
◦Duplicate invites can no longer be created for the same person
•Notifications
◦Notifications are now staff-only — the "all members" audience option has been disabled
◦Fixed intermittent errors when loading the unread notification count in the mobile app
•Client/Staff Profile
◦Preferred first and last names now appear for staff and clients in additional areas of the app
•Security
◦Tightened access controls on clinical data — session, incident, and graph records are now writable only by staff, with read access for the client’s own family
