Initial Setup Process

When your practice decides to partner with Cognix Health, our team will guide you through a streamlined onboarding process:

Organization Creation

  • Our admin team will create your organization in the system
  • Configure initial organization settings based on your practice needs
  • Set up your practice for secure access

Owner Account Invitation

  • You'll receive an email invitation to create your Practice Owner account
  • The email will contain a secure link valid for 24 hours
  • Click the link to set up your account credentials

Setting Up Your Account

When you receive the invitation email, follow these steps:

Click the invitation link in your email Create your password

  • Must be at least 6 characters
  • Include uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Include at least one number
  • Include at least one special character Complete your profile
  • Add your personal information
  • Upload a profile picture (optional)
  • Set your preferences

First-Time Login

  2. Enter your email and password
